POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
1.
Any family
wishing to participate in the St. James SCRIP program must be registered with
the program each school year.
Registration cost is $1 per year to cover the cost of the blue envelope. Fee is waived if blue envelope is returned
from last year.
2.
Participants can
earn credit toward their St. James tuition payments by purchasing SCRIP
certificates through the program. One
half of the profits from your SCRIP purchases will be credited to your St. James
tuition. Payments will be made

Each family will
receive a statement outlining their SCRIP purchases and credit totals two weeks
prior to the payout date. Any
discrepancy must be brought to the attention of the Program Coordinator within
5 days of the statement date.

SCRIP orders must
be accompanied by payment in cash or check made payable to

SCRIP
certificates are NOT tax-deductible.
6.
Participants are
responsible for verifying their order at the time of receipt. In the event that you should find a
discrepancy in your order, please contact the school office within 2 school
days.
7.
SCRIP certificates
have a cash value and should be handled accordingly. The St. James SCRIP Program is not
responsible for certificates that are lost, stolen or misplaced while in your
possession.

should be sent to school no later than
10. BackPack orders will be delivered to your child on following Friday
in the SCRIP envelopes ONLY. We will not
deliver certificates to your child by any other means.
11. If we do not have your SCRIP envelope to fill your
order, your certificates will be available on Friday after school in the school
office.
12. Participants will be required to pay $1.00 for a
replacement envelope.
